How do they do it all?!?! I used to ask myself this question ALL the time. Seriously it seems like some online business owners sit at their computer all day and work. That’s what I was doing just trying to keep up and it was causing me to burn out! BUT, I cracked the code and I don’t want that for you friend! So, today I am going to show you my top 3 ways to be super productive in your network marketing business. Let’s do this!
Ways to be super productive in your network marketing business! TIP #1
Alright alright, so you sit down to bust out 2 hours of work and you are pumped right… you are going to get SO much done. You have a to-do list a mile long and today is the day. You start your list:
- Follow up with recruits
- Follow up with customers from last weeks party
- make a killer social media post
- Go LIVE
- Send an email to your list of new products launching this week
- Give a training to your team on how to make a sale
The 2 hours are up and you only have 3 things halfway done. This is the problem.. when we sit down with a list this long of multiple different tasks our mind is in 7 different places. This causes us to be very scattered and not very productive.
Instead, try this. Assign a task to each day. That way when you sit down to work, your focus, your brain and everything you do is aimed toward that daily task. If you work all day on your business, create time blocks! Morning block, for example, can be from 9-11 and you do blog posts on Mondays, and Pinterest in the afternoons. I promise that you will LOVE this and get so much more done!
When I changed to this not only in my business but my personal life, I was mind blown at how different and stress-free I felt!
Ways to be super productive in your network marketing business TIP#2
OK, so now we have set days or times to work on set tasks. We know EXACTLY what we are going to work on when we sit down. I want to offer any FREE project management tool that works for you. If you aren’t sure, I suggest starting with Asana. It’s PERFECT for this type of thing.
So for instance, if you have your weekly tasks, you can create workflows for each task. A Workflow is basically just a play by play of exactly what you do to get that job done. So if you are following up with customers you can go to that workflow and start plugging away. You never miss a step and if something comes up, you know exactly where you left off!
You can assign tasks a due date, and even integrate your calendar to the app so you can keep track of what you need to do.
There is also something super gratifying about marking off tasks on a list. It just makes you feel so good!
If you have a team under you, you can create a workspace and include them. That way you can assign tasks to each person and really work together to get jobs done. Let’s say you are setting up an online event or training, it’s perfect for that.

Give yourself some GRACE! Nobody is perfect, and there will always be something else to do. But hopefully by trying these couple of things your life will be a little easier.
I know that when I started doing these things, I felt like 100 pounds lifted off of my shoulders. I actually have MORE time now to think, work on extra products and plan. Instead of always just rushing to get it ALL done, I only worry about working on what is on my list for the day. I know that all the other things on the list have a day and time that they will get done, so I only need to worry about what I am doing at that particular time. It’s SO FREEING!
I also created this cute little guide for you to use! Choose your tasks for each day or list out your daily blocks. It’s what I used and now I just remember what I do. It is super helpful when you are just starting and I hope you love it!
